APPLEONE Properties, Inc. topped off Tower 2 of AppleOne Banawa Heights last Saturday and targets to top off Villa One in six to eight months.

The company is also looking forward to start the construction of the planned Sheraton Mactan Resort, a four-hectare resort that will be developed in partnership with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in Punta Engaño, said executive vice president Yvet Andalis.

Andalis said Tower 2 in Banawa was already 92 percent sold out as of Saturday.

For the Villa units, only Villa buildings 2, 3 and 4 still have open units. Similarly, for the Mansionette units, only buildings 5 and 6 are still available. She added that 90 percent of their buyers are Cebuanos and that majority of them intend to use the units as residences. “We don’t want speculative buyers,” she said.

“The property was really built to be used. Most of the units we sold are intended to be lived in by the buyers or to be passed to family or relatives residing in Cebu,” she said. Turnover for Tower 1 is on going. Currently, they have as many as 20 homeowners already residing in their respective units, with several more on the way, the executive said.

The subdivision project, which boasts of being the only subdivision with five pools, is slated to be completed within 10 years. Upon completion, it will have three towers, 10 villas and six mansionettes, with a total of 1,322 units.
