In line with its 115th anniversary, the Civil Service Commission in Central Visayas will award a seal of excellence to five government agencies in the region on Sept. 8 at the Cebu Provincial Capitol Social Hall.
The recipients of the awards are the Land Transportation Office Siquijor, Government Service Insurance System branches in Bohol and Dumaguete and Pag-Ibig Ayala and Tagbilaran branches.
The agencies were evaluated based on their quality of service, including physical setup (directional signages, accessibility and cleanliness), and availability of comfort rooms and waiting areas, and the time it took to complete the transaction.
The agencies were chosen based on the result of their Report Card Survey, a method used to rate agency performance and client satisfaction. Cash rewards of P100,000 and plaques will be given to the agencies.
