In an effort to provide a venue for creative self-expression, the Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) organized the Glee for Gold as part of the celebration of the Mandaue Business Month 2015 and the chamber’s 50th anniversary this year.
In partnership with the Cebu Provincial government and the Mandaue City government, the MCCI designed this chorale competition to give an opportunity for people of all ages to express themselves through singing and dancing and develop character through teamwork and discipline.
MCCI is now calling for submission of forms. The deadline is Aug. 20. The audition day is on Aug. 22 while the announcement of finalists is on Aug. 24. The Finals Night will be on Sept. 12.
The contest is open to all MCCI members and non-member companies, schools, organizations and Mandaue City barangays.
Each team should have a minimum of eight members and a maximum of 16.
