Ryan Culi was found by his mother, who said she was washing clothes outside when she heard a loud blast around 10 a.m. yesterday.
Renilda, the boy’s mother, said she rushed into the house and found a bloodied Ryan in the house’s extension.
Neighbors helped bring the teenager to the Lapu-Lapu City Hospital where he was declared dead.
A home-made shotgun with an empty cartridge and a half-empty bottle of Vino Kulafu were found near the boy.
