Seniors, PWDs to receive cash aid this week

Senior citizens in Cebu City will receive their P2,000 financial assistance from the city government on Thursday.

City Treasurer Diwa Cuevas said they appropriated P120 million for the city’s 60,000 senior citizens. This is the fourth tranche of the cash aid distribution this year.

Cuevas also announced that the city will distribute P1,000 to each of the city’s registered Persons with Disabilities (PWD) on Friday.
