Bacayan drug raid

Police confiscated at least 10 grams of suspected shabu after they raided a house in  barangay Bacayan, Cebu City last Monday.

They also arrested the owner of the house, Arnel Aranque, 45, after the raid.

Police said the suspected illegal drugs were in 2 large packs, 2 medium packs, and 18 sachets which they found inside the house.

Police estimated the confiscated drugs to be worth at least P180,000.

Police said Aranque admitted selling illegal drugs and told police who the drug supplier was.

He said that he was forced to resort to do the illegal business after his wife got ill and he had six children to raise.
