A 59-YEAR-OLD German national was found dead last Monday inside a room of a downtown hotel in Cebu City.
The body of Thomas Hartwig Joachim Stamer was found at 11:30 a.m. in room 305 of Cebu View Hotel on Sanciangko Street.
Management of the hotel forced open the man’s room when he failed to respond to several phone calls.
SPO2 Wetzel Berry said blood was oozing from the man’s nose. There were no signs of foul play as everything in the room appeared orderly, he added.
Police recommended to have the body examined to determine his cause of death.
