Cebu Gov. Hilario Davide III will travel to Russia this weekend to strengthen agreements between the province and St. Petersburg, Russia’s second largest city.
The visit will execute agreements of cooperation and friendship made in 2009 by then governor Gwendolyn Garcia.
Davide will be travelling wiht PB Member Joven Mondigo Jr. and businessman Lito Maderazo.
Cebu and St. Petersburg agreed to develop economic, trade, technical and cultural cooperation through direct interaction between their officials and economic entities.
Both also agreed to jointly organize festivals, cultural events and tourism activities.
