THE RDAK Stallions clinched the other finals seat in Division A after they destroyed the Bayfront Hotel Cebu, 60-47, in the deciding Game 3 of their semifinals series in the 20th Sacred Heart Ateneo Alumni Basketball Athletic Association (SHAABAA) Cup on Sunday at the Magis Eagles Arena in Canduman, Mandaue City.
The Stallions galloped off the gates and raced off to 31-16 halftime lead to get all the cushion that they needed to grab the win and set up a finals showdown with many-time titleholder Petron-Goldberry.
Four players scored in double figures for the Stallions led by the 12 of Jair Igna. Joko Dinsay, Fletcher Galvez and Lucky Ecarma all had 10 apiece.
Elmer Cabahug was the lone light that shone for Bayfront as he had 18 points.
Game 1 of the Division A finals starts on Wednesday, 7 p.m. at the Ateneo de Cebu old campus along Mango Avenue.
