THE Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRBRES) will hold an oathtaking ceremony for new real estate service practitioners on Oct. 16, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Sta. Maria grand ballroom, Radisson Blu Hotel, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City.
This is open to all real estate exam passers who have not taken their oath yet.
Meanwhile, the Central Cebu Board of Realtors, Inc., in cooperation with the National Real Estate Association Inc. – Cebu Chapter (NREA-CEBU) will hold a real estate broker’s seminar and special review on the following dates: Oct. 24, 25; Nov. 7, 8, 21, 22, 28, 29; Dec. 5, 6, 12, 13, 18, 19 and 20.
The seminar covers 120 credit units. It will be held at the Sacred Heart Center on D. Jakosalem St., Cebu City.
