POLICE arrested a 31-year-old man, who was considered the top drug personality in barangay Canduman, Mandaue City.
Sandy Samson was arrested in a buy-bust operation yesterday morning. He allegedly sold a pack of suspected shabu worth P200 to a poseur-buyer when he was arrested by operatives of the Canduman Police Station City Intelligence Branch of the Mandaue City Police Office.
Police said they recovered from Samson’s possession 18 sachets of shabu worth P15,000.
Police said Samson ranks number one in the watch list of the Anti-Drug Abuse Council in Canduman. He had eluded several police operations in the past, police said.
