One Cebu’s gubernatorial candidate Winston Garcia is expected to announce his runningmate for the 2016 election today.
Party members from all over the province are gathered at the White Gold House Restaurant in Cebu City.
A Mass will be held at 10 a.m. while the formal program will begin in the afternoon.
Earlier this week, the Liberal Party (LP) held general assemblies for members from the 3rd and 4th districts in the same venue.
