Mayor John Henry “Sonny” Osmeña is running for reelection in Toledo City as an independent candidate.
Osmeña said he has no running mate and has chosen not to be affiliated with the national party.
Vice Mayor Dr. Antonio Yapha and Osmeña yesterday filed their certificates of candidacy.
Yapha, however, is running under the Liberal Party.
