REMARKABLE would best describe the communities of economic townhouses Johndorf Ventures Corporation (JVC) has developed over the past three years.
They got sold like hotcakes within just about three months from launch with the last inventories filled in and occupied by the buying residents upon completion.
From Portville Mactan two years ago to Astana just last year now comes Navona, the latest subdivision of Asian-themed townhouses adjacent to Astana at Johndorf Communities in Calawisan, Lapu-Lapu City.
Michele Chiu – Bacungan, JVC sales and marketing manager, attributes the astonishing market performance of the three subdivisions to the character each brings that quite appealed to their residents today.
25 years
“We wanted to build communities that appeal to the market they are meant,” Bacungan said referring to start-up families, successful professionals, rising entrepreneurs, jet-setting OFW’s and foreigners sparking new beginnings.
“As they are people often of the go, they are eager to settle as soon as they have made up their mind in choosing their new home with us,” she shared.
Johndorf is blessed to have developed after 25 years of building quality homes and livable communities uniquely applied construction procedures that hasten the development without compromise to cement curing.
“This made it possible for us to deliver the residential units to their buyers ready for them to occupy even earlier than they expect,” she noted.
“And this also worked quite well with the brokers we work with and the agents they manage as our projects yield for them faster and earlier returns,” she added.
Navona
Johndorf broke grounds for Navona last April and started selling for over two months ago. The company expects to complete the project before the year ends.
Navona started just after the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), commonly known as Pag-IBIG Fund, awarded the company as “Top Developer” for the Visayas and Mindanao.
The subdivision features modern Asian townhouses with Baroque influence owing to the origin of the name, a major city square in Rome, Italy.
“We are now practically selling the last in our inventory. Their eventual homeowners will come home soon after they will have acquired them.” Bacungan said.
She attributed the sales to an increased uptake of buyers among overseas Filipino workers (OFW) who comprise 40 percent of the total buyers of townhouses at Portville Mactan, Astana and now Navona.
Hub
Navona covers 3-hectares south of Astana but within Johndorf Communities, a 12-hectare township planned for six subdivisions and a commercial hub in Calawisan, Lapu-Lapu City.
It is the fourth subdivision at the township after Hanniyah Homes I and II, and Astana.
Consistent with the concept for Johndorf Communities, Navona promotes Asian living, a refreshing suburban lifestyle meant for urban achievers that responds to their families’ aspirations and evolving needs in a metropolis.
Navona is positioned for value-driven, vibrant and dynamic residents, entrepreneurs and business operators who prefer living close to both the metropolis and the seafront yet wanting to live in a tranquil environment.
It features reasonably-priced townhouses. “You can be confident your hard-earned money will bring you the best home and carry out a wise investment that will give you sound returns in time,” declared Bacungan.
