Last Nov.5, at MichaelAngelo Pizzeria in Banilad, Stephanie Patana of the Cebuano-based girl group “The Power Trio” spent her 20th Birthday sharing the exciting news to the press about her upcoming Album Launch happening at GLOWW Season 2 The Search for Cebu’s Pop Performer, 8:00 pm at the Waterfront Mediterranean Hall, with special guests: Michael Pangilinan, Mr. Pastillas, The Power Trio and Ms. Anna Fegi.
Stephanie’s self-titled debut album includes 6 tracks: 5 Tagalog Pop/Ballad songs from Vehnee Saturno, multi-awarded songwriter and record producer. And 1 English song which Stephanie wrote herself and arranged by Homer Cang, and Stephanie reveals it’s got a Taylor Swift/Selena Gomez vibe.
Stephanie has been a front act on a number of Manila Mall shows, including opening for Coco Martin. And from then on, Stephanie reveals “I felt like this is my calling and I want to inspire other people with my talent.”When asked about her singing icons, she was all smiles and said, Beyonce and Sarah Geronimo.
This November 12, Stephanie will be at SM Mega Mall TradeHall 1, 1:00 PM with the Power Trio and Alden Richards for the Grand Launching of the Cebu-based Air You Go Travels. On November 14, 3:00 PM, Stephanie will be at SM City Cebu for a mall show. By midnight she will be at Parkmall’s 36 hours Non-Stop Sale. On Nov.15, 4:00 pm she will be at Gaisano Grand Carcar.
