Potholes

There used to be large potholes in  F. Bataller Street, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City (inset) due to the passage of  trailer trucks  transporting vans to and from the pier when Siloy visited October 20. Finally, the national road is getting attention from the Dept. of Public Works and Highways 7.
