A MAN was shot dead by three unidentified men in barangay San Nicolas, Cebu City last Friday night.
Leonardo Gesmen, 43, succumbed to a gunshot wound in the head.
Police said that according to the man’s girlfriend, the victim met with his friend, a certain Marlon in Lakandula Street.
The victim was supposed to collect P55,000 cash from his friend.
The girlfriend didn’t know what the money was for, police said.
Police said Marlon was only able to give P15,000 to the victim.
Police said Marlon had just handed the money to Gesmen when three men on a motorcycle arrived and repeatedly shot the victim.
The assailants sped off after the attack.
