SILOY IS WATCHING: The Cebu Daily News service vehicle immediately stop after this two ladies immediately cross the road with out using the Skywalk at A.C. Cortes Ave. Mandaue City that cuase danger. ATTENTION: UCLM OFFICIALS AND TEAM ENFORCERS
