Police and members of Madridejos Bantay Dagat arrested 10 suspected illegal fishers Saturday night.
Two boats were caught fishing in the waters off Madridejos.
Arrested were the two boat captains, Balbeno Manzanares and Rogelio Carabio, both of barangay Hilantagaan, Sta. Fe and their crew members identified as Jason Anciano, 33, and brother Daniel, 22; Carlito Bontilao, 30; Renel Escaran, 30; Jose Tucson, 48 and brother Jerry, 27; Marcelo Ofqueria, 65 and Ben Ilustrisimo, 46.
They have yet to settle the penalty for the violation they committed before they will be released.
