A 25-year-old woman stabbed and wounded yesterday her 50-year-old partner during a heated argument inside their house in Danao City.
Christopher Dagatan suffered stab wounds in the neck, face and head and was rushed to the Danao District Hospital. He was later transferred to a hospital in Cebu City.
PO3 Roselo Campo of the Danao City Police station said neighbors of the couple in sitio Cambiohan, barangay Poblacion, heard the couple arguing at 2 a.m. that day.
At the height of their argument, Dagatan suddenly shouted for help after he realized too late that Flores was carrying a knife as they were arguing.
Police arrested Flores after the incident. She was detained at the Danao City Police station pending the filing of charges.
