SILOY IS WATCHING: A garbage truck helper of barangay Sto Niño Cebu City were seen on the top of the truck with out any safety gear passing the South Road Properties followed by another trucks and vehicles unmainfull of the accident that may happen. Did barangay Captain Pancho Ramirez knows about this? May be its time for hem to warn them.
