A 52-YEAR-OLD man was found dead in his house in barangay Banilad, Cebu City
Police said the body of Florentino Rodis Sy was already decomposing, making it hard to determine if he had external injuries.
Police said a foul smell led to the discovery of the body.
Raul Cagas, security guard of Doña Rita Village, told police he contacted the man’s niece after noitcing the foul smell coming from the house.
Police said the man was found naked and slumped on the floor.
