THE CEBU Insurers Club Inc. (CICI) is set to end the year with a bang as it holds the 2nd Annual Insurers Green Run on Dec. 20 at the Sumilon Road of the Cebu Business Park.
A total of P75,000 in cash prizes will be at stake in the said event, which will feature four categories: 3-kilometer, 6k, 12k and 21k.
CICI, which is a cluster of non-life insurance companies in Cebu, will hand P7,000 to the winners in the 21k category, while the victors in the 3k, 6k and 12k will pocket P1,000, P2,000 and P3,000, respectively.
The event aims to raise funds for the benefit of the CURE Foundation, which intends to rebuild human lives, human dignity and the nation. CICI also aspires to promote insurance awareness in order to be protected from any disasters.
Registration for 21k and 12k will be P650 and P450, respectively, while the 6k and 3k races is pegged at P350. Entry forms will be available at Runnr Ayala Center Cebu, Toby’s SM City Cebu and in all non-life insurer offices.
