SILOY IS WATCHING: Vehicles and motorist can used Justice street smoothly on barangay Kalunasan. This road used to be damage and was publish last Nov. 7, 2015. THANKS TO BARANGAY KALUNASAN AND DEPW

It’s a smooth ride now for motorists passing Justice Street in barangay Kalunasan in Cebu City. The potholes here used to be overflowing with canal water when Siloy visited last November 7. Kudos to Cebu City’s Department of Public Services for the road repair! (CDN PHOTO/ JUNJIE MENDOZA)
