Police arrested four persons in two buy-bust operations in barangay Poblacion, Toledo City in western Cebu.
At 9 p.m., police collared Laurence Cavada, 35, of barangay Poblacion after he sold three sachets of suspected shabu worth P200 each to a police agent.
Lylie Hinay, 30, and Ramil Esperilla, 27, were arrested after they were caught buying a sachet of shabu from Cavada.
At 10 p.m., still in barangay Poblacion, police conducted another buy-bust operation and arrested Ramil Montemayor, 35.
The suspects were detained at the Toledo police station pending the filing of charges.
