Body found stuffed in sack in Carcar City

A 22-year-old man who had been imprisoned for  attempted homicide was found dead in a sack  in barangay Tuyom,  Carcar City.

Jemuel Racho  was wearing a red shirt and had “Big boy Velez” tatooed on his back. His head was covered with a plastic  bag sealed with packaging tape.

Days earlier, Racho’s mother, Fe, went to the police station to ask if they had arrested her son.

PO3 Francisco Saberon of Carcar police station, said Racho was released from jail a year ago after his attempted homicide case was amicably settled.  An autopsy has been requested.
