CHRISTMAS is a wonderful time of the year for kids and the young at heart.
This year, the Pediatrics Department of Chong Hua Hospital (CHH) held its annual party for patients patients featuring superhero characters.
The hospital’s Building D Atrium was transformed into a festive headquarters of nurses-turned-superheroes.
It was chance for 50 pediatric patients and several outpatients to meet and greet favorite cartoon heroes.
The hospital’s glee club sang Christmas carols.
Food stalls sold sweets and other goodies.
A magic show and puppet presentation that highlighted the importance of a healthy diet also provided entertainment.
At the end of every show, children in the Nice List got their well-deserved gifts from a Santa Claus.
The Gift Giving initiative is part of the private hospital’s mission of being a patient-focused healthcare service provider that tailors its services based on a customer’s personal needs. /USJ-R AB LIACOM Intern Jellmar F. Cabrera, Intern
