Former Cebu City Councilor Rico Holganza is now the new Customs Collector for Cebu port.
He will assume his post within the week because he is still in Manila.
He will replace Customs Collector Arnulfo Marcos who didn’t show up in a press conference called by his chief of staff, lawyer Kenneth Sesante on Tuesday morning.
