Five persons were arrested after P117,000 worth of shabu were seized from them during an operation in barangay Dakit, Sogod town, northern Cebu.
The suspects were identified as Dennis Brigoli, 39, and his nephews, Richie, 21, and Kim, 19; Victoriano Lipardo Jr., 35, and Wilfredo Ruelan.
Dennis, who was described as level three drug pusher by the police, was subject of the search warrant issued by Judge Jerry Dicdican of the Regional Trial Court Branch 25 based in Danao City, Cebu.
Seized from them were two medium-sized plastic packs containing white substance believed to be shabu worth P117,000.
