MILO WILL spice up the year with major sporting events lined up around the country.
On top of the list is the 40th National Milo Marathon, which will have 14 legs including the national finals to be held in Iloilo on Dec. 4.
The first leg is scheduled July 17 in Dagupan. The Cebu leg will be on Sept. 25 at the Cebu City Sports Center (CCSC).
Aside from the 40th National Milo Marathon, the 2016 Milo Summer Sports Clinics will also roll its curtains starting April 4 in various venues around the country.
The summer clinics will feature badminton, basketball, bowling, fencing, gymnastics, volleyball, karatedo, ice skating, tennis, taekwondo, table tennis, touch rugby, triathlon, chess, football and swimming. There will also be three new additions which are triathlon, golf and fencing.
After the summer sports clinic, the much awaited Milo Little Olympics will start with the Mindanao leg on Aug. 20 in Cagayan de Oro City. The South Luzon Leg will be hosted by last year’s national finals host Laguna on Aug. 27 while the Northern Luzon Leg is on Sept. 3 in Baguio City, which is also this year’s host for the national finals scheduled on October. The Visayas Leg will be Iloilo City on Sept. 10.
