A fire in the late evening last Sunday night destroyed three old apartment units in Barangay Pari-an Cebu City.
SFO3 Daniel Relatado of Cebu City Fire Department said that one of the apartment units occupied by Samuel Labuen caught fire and spread to two other apartments.
Labuen told Relatado that he was fixing a blinking light bulb when it exploded starting the fire.
Fire investigators estimated the damage to property at P250,000.
