SILOY IS WATCHING: The steel support of the Skywalk along UN Ave. Mandaue City was seen rotten and it cuase dander to the pedestrians using the structure which mostly students from Umapad Elementary School lets not wait for an accident to happen.ATTENTION: DPWH AND MANDAUE CITY ENGINEERING OFFICE.

The steel support support of the skywalk along UN Ave. in Mandaue City is in a rotten state, clearly posing threat to pedestrians using the structure, most of whom are students of the nearby Umapad Elementary School. Should we wait for an accident to happen before we would be moved to act?
