Integrated Training Institute and Homecare (Homecare) seek to provide technical vocational educational training programs. They are now focusing on Kasambahay with the advocacy to lift up the living standards and self esteem of our Kasambahay. Homecare believe that their existence is inevitable.
Its services include child drop in center and play house, The Drop and Play, Caregiving Services to both Child and Adult and a house cleaning and repair services.
Homecare seeks to be a partner of each and every household. Started from taking good care of children to adults. And taking good care of your home by providing general cleanig services, plumber, carpenter and electrician. They also provide trainings for household workers and family drivers.
Homecare can help you train your kasambahay. For 5 days in Homecare they experience what it would be like to be in a middle to high-end home. Homecare replicates the kitchen, the living room and bedroom of a household wherein certain fixtures and appliances are found in order for them to know and practice how to clean them properly and maintain them. An example would be how to properly clean wodd, granite, marble, chrome coated fixtures, stainless steel, etc. Homecare also will teach them to use eco friendly products and homemade cleaners like vinegar and baking soda.
Not only for cleaning the house, Homecare also advocates for Mindfulness parenting and childcare. They develop training and workshops based on the book “Infants, Toddlers and caregivers, A curriculum of Respectful, Responsive, relationship-Based Care and education by Janet Gonzales-Mena and Diane Widmeyer Eyer published by MacGraw-Hill International Edition. This training and workshop will guide and enlighten parents and yayas on how to be a responsible caregiver for the children. Though its a Yaya training, parents especially Mothers are encourage to attendthis workshop together with their Yayas in the sense that both and all of the members of the family should be in line with their actions on which values they are trying to form at home. These values they have to decide by themselves and practice as a team and not contradictory with each other.
