Experiencing Asian flavors with Golden Prince

Golden Prince

Hungry but not sure where to go? How would you like to circle a buffet table that allows you to travel from one Asian country to another? You can even do it with a plate in hand.

Golden Prince Hotel and Suites introduces their Mystical Eastern Buffet at their Le’Mon Restaurant. The dishes, though inspired by different Asian and Mediterranean flavors, are made to suit the local palate. This was made possible by the chef, Abdul Halim Ahmaid, who had been invited all the way from Singapore to plan and prepare the cuisine. With 25 years of culinary experience, Ahmaid has concocted quite a variety of mouthwatering recipes that will surely hit the Cebuano spot.

From March 14 to 20, the Mystical Eastern Buffet promises a truly unique, palatable experience, yet still gives a hint of what home tastes like. Like the Sato Ayam, a special, spiced soup with Indonesian and Malaysian origins. This is likened to the local Tinolang Chicken Bisaya, except that it is definitely spicy. For those who love buffets but are a bit conscious about their diet, the Aloo Gobi and the Vegetable Dalcha Curry will absolutely satisfy you as both are made with a variety of fresh vegetables but given the special kind of gastronomic kick. Whether you want the buffet for brunch (11AM-3PM) and dinner (6PM-10PM), you are in for a delightful treat.

The Golden Prince boasts of a “Unique Cebuano Royalty Experience”. With the Mystical Eastern Buffet, you’ll feel even more like kings and queens. Located on the corner of Acacia St., Archbishop Reyes Ave, a few blocks away from Ayala Mall, a happy heart and a happy stomach is just at hand.
