CELEBRITY talent manager Annabelle Rama endorsed the Team Rama slate of her cousin Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama and Vice President Jejomar Binay for president.
Annabelle has been in Cebu for a week already and was seen campaigning for the mayor in sorties such as the rally in Barangay Tisa last Thursday evening.
She said she never asked for anything from the mayor and her support is voluntary.
For his part, Tisa Barangay Chairman Philip Zafra apologized for the traffic congestion caused by the Team Rama sortie in Tisa last Thursday, which drew the ire of netizens.
Zafra, who is with Team Rama, said they did not expect to draw a large crowd in their rally which began at 8 p.m. and ended at midnight.
He said the traffic was aggravated by the ongoing drainage project in Punta Princessa bridge.
