CEBU Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) will soon open 3,200 new town homes for middle-class families in southern Cebu.

Casa Mira South is situated on rolling terrain between the City of Naga and San Fernando town, about 14 kilometers from the South Road Properties (SRP).

In a statement, the company said the 30-hectare project boasts of expansive views of the Cebu-Bohol Strait.

The housing units, which will have contemporary design with straight lines and earth hues, will be priced between P1.2 million and P1.7 million, said Rose Yulo, assistant vice president for sales and marketing.

“We are excited about this project as this is the biggest horizontal development to date not only for CLI but for the whole southern Cebu area,” Yulo said.

The project targets, among others, employees of industrial companies in the area as well as locators of the soon-to-rise Ming-mori Industrial Park in Minglanilla.

“Employees of these companies need not live away from work. This project alone can address their housing needs,” CLI chief operating officer Jose Franco B. Soberano said.

The project will be developed and sold in three phases. Pre-selling of phase 1 housing units will be held soon.

“We are already getting a lot of inquiries even if we have yet to introduce this to the market,” Yulo said.
