Toledo City Mayor John Henry “Sonny” Osmeña was endorsing reelectionist Cebu Gov. Hilario Davide III of Liberal Party (LP) whom he said was the “lesser evil.”

He added he had not spoken to Davide’s challenger, One Cebu bet Winston Garcia, for 20 years.

For vice governor, Osmeña was endorsing Garcia’s runningmate Nerissa Soon Ruiz.

For the national posts, Osmeña had not left for United Nationalists Alliance (UNA) bet Vice President Jejomar Binay even if the presidential bet was tailing in the surveys.

But his candidate for vice president  was LP’s bet  Leni Robredo.

Osmeña was endorsing the reelection bid of Senators  Teofisto Guingona III,  Sergio “Serge” Osmeña, Vicente ‘Tito’ Sotto III and Frank Drilon and senatorial run of former Justice Secretary Leila De Lima.
