Quisumbing wins Mandaue City mayoral race

The Mandaue City Board of Election Canvassers has completed the canvass of votes in the city, the first local government unit in Cebu to proclaim the winners in the local races any moment now.

Luigi Quisumbing, the outgoing representative of the sixth congresssional district, wins the mayoral race against Lolypop Ouano-Dizon, daughter of the late Mandaue City Mayor Teddy Ouano.
