INFORMATICS Cebu is offering IT-related short-term courses to overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and their dependents for free.
Available short courses include the following: computer hardware servicing, programming and web design and development, among others.
Those who are able to complete the free training will get a certification from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda).
