Talde has come a long way after his television stint and has made a big name for himself when he opened a restaurant and bar called Talde in Brooklyn, New York, Miami Beach and Jersey City with two other partners. There, he re-imagines iconic Asian dishes, imbuing them with American influenes while doubling down on the culinary fireworks that made them so popular in the first place. His latest venture is his cookbook entitled Asian-American, where he shares the recipes that have made him famous, all told in his inimitable voice.
Talde will be in Azure Beach Club at Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan to showcase his unique culinary style and Filipino heritage in a 5-course dinner menu and ala carte options with his version of some of the most notable Filipino recipes, on May 18-22, 2016. His menu will be available from 6:00pm-10:00pm.
