Three bodies found in Aloguinsan waters were Negros Or. fishers

POLICE have identified the three dead persons found inside a capsized motorized banca off the waters of Aloguinsan town in western Cebu.

PO3 Solomon Cardosa of the Aloguinsan police said the three dead men, who were shot in the head and body, were fishermen from Barangay Iniban, Ayungon, Negros Oriental.

Cardosa said they are Algie Leon, 27; Ramil Hayno, 32; and Pelgie Leon, 27.

Algie and Pelgie were identified by their respective live-in partners.

Cardosa said they sought the help of the San Carlos police station in Negros Oriental, who traced the owner of the banca, barangay councilman Tamao Bayasan.

Bayasan told police that the three men were his missing trusted men.

Police were still investigating the killings.
