Two USC grads top Chemical Engineer’s exam

Two University of San Carlos graduates landed in the Top 10 of May 2016 Chemical Engineer Licensure Examination (CELE).

Holly Danielle Giango Dellica got the second highest rating of 84.1 percent while Keane Marc Quinte Tapangco landed in the 6th spot with 82.6 percent.

Lawrence Paul Abapo Pamatmat of Adamson University took the top spot with a rating of 85.9 percent.

Other topnotchers include Ian Lorenzo Evangelista Gonzaga (3rd) of University of the Philippines-Los Baños (UPLB), Cedrick See Ong and Jefferson Tan Pan (4th) of De La Salle University-Manila (DLSU-Manila), Rainier Gomez Gomez (5th) of DLSU-Manila, Bon Joverick Dalangin Magbojos (7th) of UPLB, Baby Abigail Pua Magante (8th) of DLSU-Manila, Gerald Aaron Sy Ang (9th) of DLSU-Manila and Kenneth Pamintuan Gonzales (10th) of Mapua Institute of Technology Manila.

According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) website, 320 out of 499 who took the exam last May 18, 2016 passed the Chemical Engineer Licensure Examination, which was given by the Board of Chemical Engineering in Manila and Cebu.

All the 24 graduates of USC who took the CELE also passed the examination.
