POLICE arrested two suspected drug pushers in Barangays Duljo-Fatima and Pardo in Cebu City during separate buy-bust operations.
Reynaldo Matutinao, 30, of Barangay Duljo-Fatima, was arrested by operatives of the Mambaling Police Station on Monday for selling shabu to a poseur buyer.
Last Sunday, Pardo policemen also nabbed Andres Mabunay who, according to SPO2 Emmanuel Flores, is one of the top 10 drug pushers in the area.
Taken from Mabunay were a .45 caliber handgun with seven live ammunitions, and 10 small packs of alleged shabu.
Charges are expected to be filed against the two for violating Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
