NEW ERA, the world-famous sports lifestyle brand that features iconic head wear, apparel and accessories, launched its maiden store in Cebu last May 21 at the upper ground floor of SM Seaside City Cebu.
“Following the success of New Era stores in SM Megamall and SM Aura, the brand is now expanding to reach more people in Visayas through Cebu. Putting up a store here will surely amplify interest in caps and headwear in general,” said Authentic Caps chairman & CEO Melvin Lloyd Lim.
Carrying over 4000 pieces of caps in 500 different styles, the new 92-square-meter store features the Ehrhardt Koch collection comprised of classic yet trendy hats, especially designed for fashion trailblazers. Koch was the founder of the company.
New Era also has access to a comprehensive archive of designs, with licenses that are among the most extensive in the headwear industry. New Era works with Marvel, Disney, Star Wars, Looney Tunes, DC Comics, Peanuts, Wu Tang Clan, Flintstones and Muhammad Ali, while its sports licenses include Major League Baseball (MLB), National Hockey League (NHL), National Basketball Association (NBA) and National Football League (NFL).
