THE NOONTIME show “Eat Bulaga!” will feature a new segment starting tomorrow.

And that would be “The Trumpets Challenge.”

The start of the new segment featuring the Trumpets dance craze that has been phenomenal online was officially announced by international disc jockey Sak Noel himself, all the way from Barcelona, Spain.

In a 20-second video posted by the official

Facebook page of “Eat Bulaga!,” Sak Noel thanked his

Filipino fans who made the dance popular especially on social media, including those who posted videos of them dancing to the tune.

“I am so happy for all the love you have given these days with the Trumpet song and for everything you have done in social media. And I have news for you, this next Monday starts the new trumpet challenge on Eat Bulaga, it’s gonna be amazing and surprises are coming,” he said.

About an hour after it was posted, the video has earned more than 6,000 likes, 270 shares and 46,000 views and counting.

He continued that in terms of the surprises he mentioned he could not talk about it yet.

Some AlDub netizens, fans of Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza, initially known as Yaya Dub speculate that the international DJ might be flying to the Philippines soon after an exchange of tweets between the loveteam and Sak Noel.

Richards’ of the Trumpets dance craze trended on Twitter last Thursday, with some fans tagging Sak Noel. “Eat Bulaga!” also posted a 30-second video of Richards dancing to Trumpets. As of last night, the video had more than 925,000 views and more than 10,000 shares.

Sak Noel later tweeted if he could possibly  perform with Richards and Mendoza to the tune of the Trumpets song, tagging the two “Eat Bulaga!” hosts.

Both Richards and Mendoza immediately  responded and said yes to the challenge.

In yesterday’s episode, “Eat Bulaga!” featured a “Trumpets Challenge: Dabarkads Edition” with Richards winning against co-hosts Wally Bayola, Jose Manalo and Ryan Agoncillo.
