SPO1 Adonis Dumpit reported to work on Monday, more than six years after he was convicted on homicide charges.
Clad in his police uniform, Dumpit processed his certificate of duty status along with other documents at the Police Regional Office in Central Visayas (PRO 7).
Dumpit said he only has three years before retirement and he will abide by his reassignment from the PRO 7.
Before reporting to work, Dumpit visited his 83-year-old mother in Davao.
