A ROBBERY suspect, whom the Opao Police Station described as one of their most wanted persons, was arrested on Friday in Barangay Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City.
Eleazar Toring, 38, was arrested after a joint team of the Opao Police Station and the Provincial Intelligence Unit 7 cornered him and served the arrest warrant issued by Judge Wilfredo Dagatan of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities Branch 7 in Cebu City at dawn that day, said Insp. Ticky Calong of the Opao Police Station.
Toring, who is facing a robbery case, has posted a P12,000 bail for his temporary liberty.
