Gov told to synchronize emergency, rescue efforts

DAANBANTAYAN Mayor Vicente Loot asked Cebu Gov. Hilario Davide III to synchronize disaster relief and emergency operations in the province.

Loot, who is also the current acting chief of the local disaster risk reduction and management unit of Daanbantayan, said he hopes a committee for this purpose won’t end with the entry of a new official.
