A FIRE gutted the office of a jewelry manufacturing company inside the Cebu Light Industrial Park in Basak, Lapu-Lapu City at past 4 pm Wednesday.
Engr. Rap Ortega, safety engineer of the MEPZ Fire Department said they received the alarm at 4 pm and immediately sent additional fire trucks to back up the Cebu Light Industrial Park Fire Brigade in putting out the fire at the EG Cebu office.
The fire was put out 30 minutes later. No one was reported injured and damages have yet to be determined./Correspondent Norman V. Mendoza
