Childlink Learning Center and Childlink High School, Inc. realized the need of educating parents that the children need support in looking challenges, problems, and failures as a stepping stone to learn more. Building the Resilient Heart, Mind, and Spirit is a community seminar organized by prestigious institutions that will be held on July 30, 2016, 9:00–11:00 AM at the University of San Jose – Recoletos Center for Performing Arts.
Director Maria Theresa Fong-Tio said that the children today are facing a lot of challenges, and the parents should be there to fully support them.
Every year, Childlink Learning Center and Childlink High School, Inc. hold parenting seminars to ensure that whatever they teach in school will be reinforced at home.
They invited Professor Henry S. Tendero to talk in the seminar. Professor Tendero is the main convenor of the One Nation Learning Advocacy, served as the Executive Vice President of the Philippine Marketing Association 2011, and is an active advocate of the GONEGOSYO movement as one of its Angelpreneurs.
He is the Council Director of the International Learning Styles Network (ILSN) based in the US and Scandinavia and President of the Center for Learning and Teaching Styles Philippines (CLTS, Phils.) and MINDFUL IDEAS.
